BC Wide Heating Reviews in Lions Bay

“5 stars in any aspect of it like fast service, cleanliness, polite, efficient etc.”

“Hot water tank leaked on a Saturday, called BC Wide at 2:30 pm, tech came within the hour, instantly saw the problem, provided fair quote and able to do the installation, removal, etc all within 2-3 hours. Rob was professional, experience and helpful doing the job. He went to pickup the tank and was quick to return. As this was an emergency, it was the reviews that made our decision to go with this company. There was no demand for the payment on Saturday and the tech advised the company will contact us. Also to note, the office manager - Sharon was amazing too. She was patient with providing invoicing and email receipt and no rushing for payment. This gave us a chance to read through the invoicing and ask the warranty questions which she was able to respond in writing! Lovely lady, thank you.”

“I had issues with my existing tankless DHW heater so I asked for BC Wide Home Services to come to our rescue. Alan, Joe and Tohid were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and the installation was very professional. I definitely recommend them to everyone.”

“I am extremely happy with the service from BC Wide. They replaced my old hot water tank with a Navien tankless system and upgraded my old boiler to a new Navien boiler. Everyone involved in the process was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to our technician, Alan, who handled both installations. He was punctual, very polite, and did such a neat job. I highly recommend BC Wide for their professional and high-quality work!”

“The entire team were professional from beginning to end. They provided an excellent experience at a very reasonable rate and a top-notch, quality installation. No complaints on service. Good value for the money. They worked hard to ensure things were done right. They took no short cuts. Safety was taken seriously and backed by certification. Deficiencies were brought back to code as my home is over 60 years old. They truly went the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction—they even helped exterminate and take control of an unexpected wasp nest they discovered! Afterward, they thoroughly cleaned up the workspace and hauled away the old appliance. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and professionalism!”

“Used BC Wide for the first time. Good communication and fair pricing. The technician, Joe, was punctual, professional, friendly and did a great job. We like it that he is informative but not pushy in suggesting upgrade and replacement. Will use their service again.”
