I had my Furnace & Hot Water Tank replaced in 2022 and I added a new AC Unit and everything has worked as it should since day 1. Today was my first service and everything is still like the day it was installed. The best part was even after 4 years they never lectured me about my lack of service & they never tried to upsell me. They came first thing, inspected & explained what needed to be done, which was just a checkup and cleaning, & before I knew it they were done. “Our old furnace started acting 'off' yesterday morning (still working but could tell something wasn't quite right). I've been a customer of BC Wide Home Services for many years, and when I called them they sent a technician out to inspect the furnace within a few hours. I'm glad I did, because there was an issue with the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide levels were higher than they should be. Because it was an old furnace, replacement was the best option, and they were able to replace it today. Very grateful for the fast turnaround at this time of year when we really depend on the furnace! We needed a specific model that would fit in the small space and work with our existing AC unit. Thank you to Allan who did the install and answered all our questions. I've dealt with this company before and always had a great experience. They installed a tankless water heater last year, and the new system is great and takes up a fraction of the space. They also installed our AC a few years ago, similar great experience. They are always friendly, tidy, have competitive pricing, and are just generally very easy to deal with.”

“Hot water tank leaked on a Saturday, called BC Wide at 2:30 pm, tech came within the hour, instantly saw the problem, provided fair quote and able to do the installation, removal, etc all within 2-3 hours. Rob was professional, experience and helpful doing the job. He went to pickup the tank and was quick to return. As this was an emergency, it was the reviews that made our decision to go with this company. There was no demand for the payment on Saturday and the tech advised the company will contact us. Also to note, the office manager - Sharon was amazing too. She was patient with providing invoicing and email receipt and no rushing for payment. This gave us a chance to read through the invoicing and ask the warranty questions which she was able to respond in writing! Lovely lady, thank you.”
