I had my Furnace & Hot Water Tank replaced in 2022 and I added a new AC Unit and everything has worked as it should since day 1. Today was my first service and everything is still like the day it was installed. The best part was even after 4 years they never lectured me about my lack of service & they never tried to upsell me. “Our old furnace started acting 'off' yesterday morning (still working but could tell something wasn't quite right). I've been a customer of BC Wide Home Services for many years, and when I called them they sent a technician out to inspect the furnace within a few hours. I'm glad I did, because there was an issue with the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide levels were higher than they should be. Because it was an old furnace, replacement was the best option, and they were able to replace it today. Very grateful for the fast turnaround at this time of year when we really depend on the furnace! We needed a specific model that would fit in the small space and work with our existing AC unit. They installed a tankless water heater last year, and the new system is great and takes up a fraction of the space. They also installed our AC a few years ago, similar great experience.
