“Our old furnace started acting 'off' yesterday morning (still working but could tell something wasn't quite right). I've been a customer of BC Wide Home Services for many years, and when I called them they sent a technician out to inspect the furnace within a few hours. I'm glad I did, because there was an issue with the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide levels were higher than they should be. Because it was an old furnace, replacement was the best option, and they were able to replace it today.
