“Alan and Mo were amazing today. They seamlessly replaced our furnace and tankless hot water tank in record time. Great detail and clean service with wealth of knowledge to share about the products BC Wide sells. I would without hesitance recommend them and will likely use them again as we are planning to get a heat pump as well. Thank Alan and Mo for service and time today.”

“Our old furnace started acting 'off' yesterday morning (still working but could tell something wasn't quite right). I've been a customer of BC Wide Home Services for many years, and when I called them they sent a technician out to inspect the furnace within a few hours. I'm glad I did, because there was an issue with the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide levels were higher than they should be. Because it was an old furnace, replacement was the best option, and they were able to replace it today. Very grateful for the fast turnaround at this time of year when we really depend on the furnace! We needed a specific model that would fit in the small space and work with our existing AC unit. Thank you to Allan who did the install and answered all our questions. I've dealt with this company before and always had a great experience. They installed a tankless water heater last year, and the new system is great and takes up a fraction of the space. They also installed our AC a few years ago, similar great experience. They are always friendly, tidy, have competitive pricing, and are just generally very easy to deal with.”Read full review
