“If I could give BC Wide Home Services and Alan 10 stars, I absolutely would. In the middle of a heat wave, our heat pump completely failed, leaving us stranded in an unbearably hot house. With 5 skylights and uncomfortable temperatures, we urgently called BC Wide Home Services, hoping someone could help. Despite it being the end of what must have been an incredibly long and demanding day during one of the busiest times of the year for HVAC technicians, Alan somehow found a way to fit us into his schedule on the same day. That level of customer care alone speaks volumes about the company. Alan arrived with a genuine smile, a positive attitude, and an immediate sense of confidence that put us completely at ease. From the moment he walked through the door, it was clear we were dealing with someone who takes immense pride in his work. “Our old furnace started acting 'off' yesterday morning (still working but could tell something wasn't quite right). I've been a customer of BC Wide Home Services for many years, and when I called them they sent a technician out to inspect the furnace within a few hours.
